Proposals to present at Edu Fest 2025 are now open!
This year’s Education Festival theme will be centred around the transdisciplinary approaches to embedding Societal Impact in our UNSW Education. You can read more about the Social Impact framework and core themes here: www.unsw.edu.au/societal-impact
We invite UNSW colleagues from all faculties & divisions to share your insights and experiences around this theme, to challenge and inspire what we do next in education:
Expressions of interest are open for the following presentation types:
- Short presentation (4 - 10 minutes)
- Poster presentation – most likely physical poster
- Hands-on workshop/masterclass – presented by yourself (and colleagues if applicable)
- Hands-on workshop/masterclass – presented by someone you suggest as an expert

Submissions are due by 11:59pm Monday, 22 September
Please note: This year, the festival is trialling a more condensed program, with satellite events on Tuesday 25 and main sessions on Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 November. As a result, presentation spots are limited, and submission does not guarantee inclusion in the final program. For proposals that we are unable to accommodate on this occasion, we will aim to provide future opportunities to share your work at subsequent events.
