The UNSW Scientia Education Academy is delighted to host Professor Paula Brough from Griffith University.
The current period of post-pandemic recovery has restored many functions of our working lives to their pre-Covid states. However, turbulence remains in other components of our working lives, especially regarding perceptions of the fundamental value of work, rapid digital developments, and how work adds to, or detracts from, workers’ health and wellbeing.
In this Scientia Education lecture, Prof. Paula Brough will discuss evidence-based methods to weather this turbulence successfully, focusing on implications for both university staff and students. Drawing from the positive psychology movement, this lecture focuses on positive strategies to enhance wellbeing and performance in our university workplaces.
