Student Learning insights to inform and improve your practice

Would you like to have useful, practical and valuable data about your students learning in a quick and easy manner?

The PVCESE Innovation Pillar has been working on developing a data infrastructure that will enable greater use of data analytics in a range of contexts to personalise and simplify the UNSW student and staff experience. In 2022, we intend to develop a range of accessible and easy to use data driven reporting, automation, and interventions for students and staff to help them in a range of everyday learning, administrative, support and wellbeing, and social activities. We want your help to design them.

During this workshop you will be introduced to the design thinking methodology to understand and define challenges in the learning analytics area. You will be also guided through creative problem-solving techniques to generate a broad range of ideas and begin prototyping innovative and effective solutions.

This workshop is a collaboration between the Founders Program and the Pro Vice Chancellor Education & Student Experience (PVCESE) - Innovation Pillar and is open to UNSW academic and professional educational staff.
