Constructive alignment and student learning: why? what? and how?

A Connections workshop

How healthy is your course? Is it due for a check-up? It’s always good to stop and reassess if your course activities and assessments are aligned with learning outcomes.

This hands-on workshop will take the principles of constructive alignment and support you in applying them to your course. It will benefit anyone who has inherited a course and is trying to make sense of it, or delivered one so many times they’ve lost sight of the end goal.

By revisiting and applying the fundamentals of learning – the why, the what and the how – you will be helping your students to succeed. Workshop facilitators will show you how to improve any misalignments and provide feedback on how to get your course back on track.
