We are pleased to announce our inaugural Education Focussed Symposium, a gathering of education focussed academics across Australia and New Zealand to discuss opportunities and issues related to this new academic role.
The symposium will feature presentations, plenary discussion and small group conversations on a range of topics related to teaching and learning, scholarship, and the changing academic role.
The keynote presentation will be delivered by Professor Pauline Ross from the University of Sydney. Professor Ross is the Associate Dean (Education) in the Faculty of Science at the University of Sydney, a Principal Fellow of the HEA, and a National Teaching Fellow of the Office for Learning and Teaching.
There will also be facilitated networking opportunities that will connect you with other like-minded educators across the sector.
