Throughout the pandemic in relatively isolating circumstances, the Medicine and Health Education Development Unit Workshops provided a regular meeting place, to feel connected, supported, grow capabilities and propel change. This presentation unpacks strategies used in nurturing this professional learning community and highlights parallels with making the most of every minute engaging with students and building community.
