UNSW Online has added a new HR Analytics specialisation to its Master of Analytics program, which was launched in 2019. To date, more than 500 graduates have completed this comprehensive online Analytics program suite. Students can now choose from Marketing Analytics, HR Analytics, or a general specialisation to broaden their analytics knowledge.

Designed by the School of Management and Governance at UNSW Business School, the HR Analytics specialisation is also available in the recently launched Master of Human Resource Management.

With a focus on digital literacy in HR systems, software and social media platforms, graduates will be equipped with the knowledge to support the transition to data-driven decision-making. They will also be skilled in utilising data to optimise workforce management, adapt to changing work dynamics, streamline hiring processes, and implement effective talent retention strategies.

"The Human Resource Analytics specialisation is designed to empower HR professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the rapidly evolving digital landscape. It equips them with the data analytical competencies required to make data-driven decisions, enhance business processes, and refine communication strategies," said Dr. Andrew Dhaenens, Stream Coordinator for UNSW Online Human Resource Management Programs

Applications are now open, with the first student intake commencing in Hexamester 1, 2024 (8 January 2024). For more information about the new HR Analytics specialisation, please visit the UNSW Study Online website
